How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches Erhealing Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Erhealing Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know, though, that Erhealing Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@erhealing.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our reply does not settle things, answer that email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
