Erhealing Concrete wants erhealing.lat to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about accessibility. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to build a site that as many people as possible can use. To do that, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we try to:

  • Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Let visitors move through the site using only a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
  • Use plain, everyday words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If a part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@erhealing.lat and we will do what we can to assist.

Tell Us What You Found

Feedback on the accessibility of this site is welcome. Email contact@erhealing.lat and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What went wrong and what you hoped to see
  • Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always a Work in Progress

Accessibility is never truly done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
